the SnS method teaches you how sustainable, maintainable weight loss is about much more than calories in versus calories out...

Our mission is to inspire others to pursue the highest quality of life by providing coaching in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits.

We provide the education and support to help people reach their body composition and fitness goals which instil the habits & confidence to carryover into long term health and happiness.

This course will take you through the reverse diet and maintenance phase while teaching you how to build habits you can maintain. Eating enough to maintain your activity output is where the magic happens. The longer you feed your body adequately the reverse metabolic adaptation and produce hormones optimally the greater the likelihood of your body responding to a caloric deficit. Meaning results you can maintain while enjoying your life. While feeling our best is important, life is also meant to be lived and enjoyed and there is no reason why you can’t do both!

After spending most of her life on failed fad diet attempts like keto and intermittent fasting, Kaitlin went all in on the SnS Method to lose over 20lbs while learning that she could eat good food, enjoy life AND see results! Her only regret was wishing she had started the SnS method sooner.

“Originally I wanted a meal plan as I was getting married 8 months later, but when I asked Sharan, she told me she doesn't do meal plans... So I said ok, let's do whatever it is you do…”

Kaitlin described her experience as amazing, but also difficult: “I signed up for way more than I was expecting to. Way more work, but also way more information and way more satisfying reward. I hadn't realized until I got into it that it was so much more than just what to eat. The SnS Method addresses basically all aspects of your life and lifestyle and how all things are connected and affect things like your body composition and overall health.

My favorite part is learning so much about my body. When you're so used to feeling bleh, you don't notice it. Once you start feeling good, it's so easy to tell on the days you don't feel good. So easy to notice how certain foods affect your body and you get really in tune with yourself and how your body works.

While it's a slower process when it comes to results, it's actually sustainable! I just wish I would have started sooner! In terms of timing for my wedding, and for life in general. Spending so much of my life on fad diets like keto or intermittent fasting etc, with no result and so much frustration. I wish I knew that I could eat real food and not have food guilt and still get results. So much knowledge! Not just about food and exercise, but learning how the body functions and so much information to take with you for the rest of your life, not just the duration of the program.

I love working with Sharan. She's so much more than a nutrition/health coach. She's basically a therapist. I would legitimately cry 99% of the time when reading my feedback each week. There are no generic responses that could cover anyone, it's very specific. She listens, she encourages. Even when I wouldn't execute my goals or track my meals, the responses were never critical, she always went deeper and always cared. I feel like we are actually very close friends, even though it's all virtual, I felt a much deeper connection than I've ever felt with any trainer or coach before. She truly cares for her clients and isn't willing to take the easy way of getting fast results, she puts the time and energy into really individualizing things for her clients. Love her and the SnS Method!”

“Initially I was terrified about eating more and gaining weight, but as soon as my energy levels increased significantly, I just started to feel better and happier and I knew I couldn't go back to my old ways. I have really enjoyed the emphasis this method has on building habits because I genuinely believe and know that I can live this way for the rest of my life, which is something I've never been able to say about any other fad diet I've tried.

Every week I am thoroughly blown away by the incredibly detailed feedback that Sharan and her team provide. It is always so thoughtful, full of scientific insights, and contains lots of advice on how to address any of the questions I've asked. It is so evident how much the SnS team cares about the success of their clients and how much they sincerely want to empower them to live healthy and happy lives.

There are two things that I absolutely love about the SnS method:

Firstly, there is a great emphasis on food neutrality and not labelling food as "good," "bad," "healthy," or "unhealthy." This has really helped me to learn that food is food and it's not that complicated. It's ok to eat ice cream and cake, it's not going to kill you or ruin your life, it's just food. This mentality has helped me to completely eliminate any sort of binge eating habits I've had in the past.

Secondly, I love how much food I get to eat! I don't think I've ever eaten this much in my entire life. The amount of energy I have now is life changing; my workouts are so much easier and better now, I'm significantly happier, I get better sleep, and I rarely get cold anymore (I used to be freezing all the time!). I could never go back to under-eating again.

I wanted to try the SnS Method because I had had an extremely difficult time trying to lose weight and I was on a vicious cycle of yoyo dieting that was getting me further and further from my goals. When I first signed on, Sharan told me that I was significantly under-eating and that I needed to eat more in order to eventually lose weight. I was terrified to eat more and gain weight, but I knew that I had to give this method a chance because it would be better for my long-term health and goals. In the end I did gain some weight, but what I didn't expect was how much better I would feel. Adequately fueling your body is life changing, nothing can prepare you for how much energy you start to have and just how much more alive and alert you feel. While the initial weight gain was not desired, it was a small price to pay to feel amazing.

There is a large emphasis in the SnS Method on building habits to last a lifetime and achieving food neutrality. Over the months I've learned how to improve my sleep, exercise more, incorporate more protein into my diet, reduce/manage my stress, build a better morning and evening routine, stop labeling food as "good" or "bad," and stop binge eating for good!

After putting in the hard work at the beginning of this process to change my lifestyle, losing weight was really easy and effortless. I never felt like I was deprived or even on a "diet." I'm really grateful for the SnS Method because it has brought a great sense of peace to my life. I now know how to live a healthy life, and it's surprisingly not that hard once you're committed to change!”
